POS ERP is an AERP plan tailored to retail. A simple POS app only prints receipts; POS ERP ties every sale to stock, cash, suppliers, customer debts and financial statements.
Yes. Sales in the cashier window can be fiscalized via OFD: the receipt is sent to the fiscal data operator through a virtual fiscal module (VFM). TIN, terminal and sale point are configured in the Cash section, and every transaction is kept in the OFD log.
A computer or tablet and an internet connection are enough. A barcode scanner (USB or Bluetooth), receipt printer and label printer are optional — a phone camera can replace the scanner.
Yes. The plan sets the number of warehouses and cash desks; if you need more, add extra warehouses and cash desks on the plan card. Inter-warehouse transfers and per-cash-desk reports are included.
If the plan's limits (users, warehouses, cash desks, products and more) aren't enough, add extra units separately — the price is recalculated automatically and you don't need to switch plans.
Yes. POS ERP is a plan on the same AERP platform, so when you switch plans all your data (staff, products, documents and history) stays in place — nothing to migrate.
Each organization's data is stored separately, access is controlled by roles and permissions, and the history of key actions is kept. Connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
