The journey of a single sale
At the till: scan, discount, pay
The cashier finds the item instantly with a barcode scanner or the phone camera, applies a discount if needed and accepts cash, card or a split payment — change is calculated automatically. If a customer forgot something, the sale can be parked while the next person in line is served.
Fiscal receipt: via OFD
When a sale is processed through OFD, the receipt is sent to the fiscal data operator via a virtual fiscal module (VFM). TIN, terminal and sale point settings are entered once, and you design the receipt yourself — logo, header and cashier name. Every transaction is kept in the OFD log, and only authorized cashiers can sell through OFD.
In the back office: stock, cost and profit
Sold items leave stock instantly, cost of goods is calculated automatically and revenue shows up in the cash report. When you buy from a supplier, the goods are received into stock and the supplier balance is kept up to date by itself. At month end the P&L and balance sheet are one click away, and sales and cash reports arrive in Telegram on their own.
